Break with the classic dumplings by preparing this tuna belly puff pastry with a spicy touch.
Steps:
Cook the spinach in water with a little salt (5 minutes).
Sauté the peppers and onion (5 minutes), add the crushed tomato with the 2 drops of Tabasco and mix well.
Cut the puff pastry into circles (we will shape a dumpling).
We put in each puff pastry together with the belly the vegetables with the tomato that we have prepared previously.
Close the puff pastry, brush with egg white, seal the edges well and put it in the oven at 180ºC, approximately 15 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden.
You can prepare your puff pastries with the classic empanada shape or innovate with other shapes such as star, crescent or heart.
