Green Tuna Salad

  Ingredients
1 can of tuna in olive oil
20g of onion
60 g puff pastry
40 g spinach leaves
20 gr of white
25 gr red pepper
25 g green pepper
100 gr crushed tomato
This salad can be used for a light lunch or dinner. Also, you could add croutons, boiled potatoes or some stew (we recommend lentils without dressing) to make it more filling and give you more carbohydrates.
Steps
First of all, boil the quail eggs for 8-10 minutes. After that time, remove, peel and cut in half.
Cut the avocado and apple into thin wedges.
Cut the cucumber and lettuce into the desired size.
Incorporate in a bowl the ingredients mentioned above along with the tuna.
For the dressing, mix the mustard, vinegar and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
